As a Supervisor, Senior Workplace Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping how our teams connect, collaborate, and thrive in our Boston Headquarters. You'll help bring our culture to life through thoughtful experiences, seamless operations, and a hospitality-driven approach that makes our workspace feel welcoming and inclusive. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll support workplace programs, onsite meetings & events, and daily building operations that elevate the employee experience. What You'll Do As a Supervisor, Senior Workplace Experience Specialist
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight of the onsite Workplace Experience team, ensuring consistent execution of workplace operations, employee programs, and service excellence.
- Support operations of workplace facilities, services, and employee experience programs while contributing to overall office efficiency by addressing evolving operational needs, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Oversee on-site programs such as catering, pantry services, and employee perks, including vendor coordination, scheduling, communications, and office calendars.
- Assist in planning and executing company-wide and local events while tracking and sharing feedback to evaluate participation, satisfaction, and overall impact, helping deliver engaging experiences that strengthen culture and connection.
- Build relationships with team members across the office to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience.
- Oversee the onsite Workplace Experience team and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless building operations and in-office experiences.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Managerial or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
