- Lead and supervise a team of billing experts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the transportation sector.
- Guarantee accurate, complete, and timely billing and payment processing for transportation services.
- Monitor billing and payment reports, identify issues, and develop effective resolution strategies tailored to the transportation industry.
- Collaborate with IT and Business Process teams to design, build, integrate, and support billing solutions for both internal and external transportation customers.
- Drive continuous process improvement, recommending and implementing steps to enhance efficiency and ensure flawless execution in transportation billing.
- Prepare regular updates for management on billing and payment processes and status within the transportation sector.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, RevRec606, and company policies specific to transportation.
- Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements to boost both efficiency and effectiveness in transportation billing.
Minimum
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master'sdegree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
- Requires strong knowledge of applications such Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
