We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Strategic Projects & Transformation to join our FFS EAO Strategic Planning & Transformation team in Espoo. We offer you a challenging position with opportunities to grow in an international environment and work with cross-functional colleagues globally.

You will participate and assist in the following tasks:

Data analysis for different projects

Developing communication material in English related to the projects

Supporting the building of project plans

Helping with project dashboard updates

Sanitizing key project templates and tools to add to our tools and templates library
To succeed in this role you will need:

Min. 3 - 4 years of relevant study background

Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things

A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills

An ability to work as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work

Fluency in English (written and spoken
The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2025 and last until the end of August 2025, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
