We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Administration & Support to join our team in Espoo. We offer you a challenging position with opportunities to grow in an international environment and a chance to learn firsthand how the general administration of a HQ is run from a centralized team. This is a great opportunity to gain understanding about business administration, office administration, travel administration and events administration.

You will participate in the following tasks: 
 

Provide general administrative support including (but not exclusive): 

  • Meetings arrangements 

  • Internal events’ arrangements (e.g. team meetings, workshops, employee related activities) 

  • Travel arrangements 

  • Office administration related matters 

  • Act as back-up for other team members 

 

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Relevant educational background  

  • Some experience in administration related work  

  • Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things 

  • A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills 

  • An ability to work as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work 

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), Finnish is seen as a plus  
     

The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2025 and last until the end of August 2025, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
