Support Head of Division and Head of Department in organizational aspects especially planning of initiatives and deliverables.
Independently research topics and prepare the basis for decision-making.
Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops.
Prepare slides and take minutes.
Job enrichment by taking over Business Analysis tasks and Project management task possible.
Job enrichment by taking over Scrum Maser role in teams possible.

Status of University student in Slovakia, availability to work 20 hours per week.
Familiarity with Windows & Office Tools.
Interest and Experience with AI tools.
Theoretical or practical experience with agile methods.
Collaborative, self-discipline, and team focus.
Passion for teamwork and continuous learning.
Fluent English and German ((B2 level upwards).

We offer you a part-time internship position (20h/week). An internship salary starting up from 8€/h, depending on your skills and previous work experience is offered.
