Lead the ServiceNow platform department and its strategic, technical, and operational evolution. Lead design, operation, and improvement of storage and backup platforms across on‑prem, virtualized, and cloud environments. Manage SAN/NAS/DAS, backup solutions, disaster recovery, monitoring, incident response, runbooks, capacity and lifecycle planning, and guide a team using Agile/DevOps practices to ensure data availability, integrity, security, and recoverability.

Provide 1st-line technical support (in-person/phone/ticket), diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, perform user access management and basic security checks, escalate and route incidents, and handle basic Unix/Linux, DB, middleware, backup and network tasks in a 24/7 service desk environment.
