The Role
Crossix is positioned at the center of big data, innovative technology, media, and life sciences. Our mission is to empower life sciences companies with the data and insights they need to drive DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness and, ultimately, better patient outcomes. As part of Veeva, the Crossix team offers the agility of a high-growth team with the stability of a global leader. 
 
The Strategy Director will be responsible for the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Analytics M&O partner products. This includes building and expanding relationships with DSPs and other biddable media partners, leading go to market strategy, identifying and removing blockers to sales, and ensuring success of early adopters. In this role, you will work closely with the Crossix Partnerships team and Crossix Account Partners acting as a market owner and subject matter expert on Crossix data, methodologies, products, and differentiators. You will participate in mapping out key targets both among partner companies for product development and among Life Sciences advertisers for product adoption. You will be expected to effectively communicate the value of Crossix partner products to customers in clear and compelling ways. You’ll drive cross-functional workstreams with product, marketing, and partnerships establishing a feedback loop to ensure products are positioned effectively and meeting customer expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Own expansion of Crossix partner products within the partner ecosystem as well as adoption of partner products for Life Sciences advertisers
  • Drive cross-functional workstreams with the Crossix Partnerships team to implement partner products, with the Crossix Product team to shape the product roadmap, and with Crossix Account Partners to identify key messaging, map stakeholders for engagement and lead customer meetings, and drive adoption
  • Lead go to market messaging for new products and features
  • Forecast product adoption across our customers and prospects
  • Own early adopter success for new products. Includes defining criteria for who should be a target early adopter, messaging the value, and getting feedback from customers
  • Support delivery teams in best practice utilization of Crossix products and identify barriers to adoption

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful client facing consulting and/or strategy experience
  • 6+ years programmatic experience
  • 4+ years in an analytical role
  • Life Sciences experience required
  • Effective communicator, able to write and speak clearly and with confidence
  • Success owning and driving cross-functional workstreams and managing across stakeholders to drive tangible product outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance

Compensation

  • Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
