In short, you will be the vital link connecting our internal business owners with our external strategic partners. Your role spans multiple business segments, where you will collaborate closely with partners and business owners to ensure clear communication and execution of contractual expectations and oversee onboarding tasks until completion. Your mission is to formalize and strengthen existing relationships, maximize partner efficiency, and drive continuous improvement through effective change management processes.

  • Forging enduring, trust-based relationships with partners, delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with partners and business owners to comprehend their needs and refine project requests.

  • Ensure contractual obligations by partners are met.

  • Define project requirements for partner approval and seamless handoff to other teams involved.

  • Cultivate and nurture partner relationships through frequent communication.

  • Manage and align partner priorities, ensuring clear understanding and adherence.

  • Champion the voices of all stakeholders, promoting transparency in team progress and celebrating successes.

  • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to maintain thriving partner relationships.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of multiple internal processes

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
