DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. In short, as a Project Manager you will manage the overall planning, coordination, execution, control and completion of the assigned project.

In long, our Project Managers are responsible for:

  • Engaging with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and identifying appropriate solutions.
  • Formulate, document, organize, and monitor inter-connected efforts and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-project / effort activities, communication and updates
  • Develop work effort, strategic initiative and program level timelines and deadlines
  • Works as central point of escalation for issues and dependencies between various work efforts and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure each work effort and strategic initiative follows proper lifecycle steps
  • Provide clarity, transparency, and visibility into the progress, risks, and issues related to work efforts and strategic initiatives
  • Identify resource needs and allocations to the various work efforts and strategic initiatives to feed back into resource demand management process

The Specifics.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 3-5 years of operational project management experience
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  • Project Management tools experience such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Clickup, etc.
  • Financial services experience preferred

Nice to haves.

  • PMP certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
