As a Strategic Finance & FP&A Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and enhance financial planning processes. In this role, you will build financial models, analyze business performance, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
 
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analyses across multiple scenarios, including financial modeling, forecasting, trend analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational improvements.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and present executive-level financial decks conveying analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a business partner to multiple business lines and departments, collaborating directly with C-level executives.
  • Prepare annual planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly reviews, and long-term financial plans.
  • Produce executive-ready reports and insights that help tell the story of our business, including board and investor materials.
  • Build and automate dashboards, planning tools, and systems to enable real-time, data-driven decision-making.

What you need to have:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial roles, preferably in Strategic Finance, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or audit.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, navigating ambiguity while implementing structure and clarity in evolving projects and processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
