We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Porto and help build the next generation of AI-native productivity inside Superhuman, specifically the agent platform where multiple AI agents collaborate to solve complex user problems. The ideal candidate is deeply excited about what's possible with LLMs today, has experience building with agents and AI workflows, and brings strong product sense alongside their engineering skills. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role on a foundational team that moves fast from idea to production.

We are evolving Coda's collaborative workspaces so that users can solve arbitrarily complex tasks with agents, leveraging Superhuman’s ubiquitous UI.

As a Software Engineer on this team, you will be at the heart of our company's transformation.

• Shape the Future of Productivity: Play a pivotal role in evolving Superhuman into an indispensable, AI-native productivity suite for Enterprises.

• Build a Groundbreaking AI Agent Platform: Spearhead the development of a new AI platform inside the Coda product of the Superhuman suite where multiple AI agents collaborate to solve complex user problems. You will be responsible for the core orchestration, routing, and planning systems.

• Integrate Cutting-Edge AI: Work at the forefront of the AI landscape, building AI/ ML components that integrate with the latest and most powerful models to create magical user experiences.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science.

• Significant experience with Productivity apps and platforms, and how AI interacts with those.

• Experience exploring or building with agents, skills, and AI workflows.

• Genuinely excited about what is possible with LLMs today, using them not just as APIs, but as building blocks for intelligent tools and products.

• Experience with machine learning with a solid understanding of how LLMs work and how they have evolved.

• Demonstrated interest in the fast-moving AI landscape and follows new models, techniques, and frameworks as they emerge.

• Deep care about the end-user experience and strives to ensure high quality.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyze and execute work efficiently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Compensation range: €60,000–95,000
