- Assess your territory and develop a successful account execution strategy
- Identify and activate new accounts to execute account activation target activate new accounts
- Exceed activity and revenue targets
- Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to prospects
- Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
- Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
- Experience in penetrating net new accounts, executing on first use cases, growing initial consumption and closing deals in a direct sales role
- Experience in relevant software sales development role with consumption sales motion
- Some exposure to software industry and grasp of basic concepts of selling SAAS, Big Data and Business Value
- Basic understanding of the data platform and cloud ecosystems
- Experience exceeding sales targets / quotas
- Success closing new accounts while working existing accounts
- Passion for cloud technologies
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language e.g. Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Ukrainian, or Greek is preferred.
- Willing and able to travel regionally for business events, customer meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
