Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience within the last 12 years working as a Test Analyst with large organizations, leading or participating in technical implementation or modernization of legacy applications, including:
Coordinating with business, functional, and technical testers to establish test execution goals and objectives.
Defect management, including validation, follow-up, solution verification, and escalation actions for defects.
Producing test execution and defect metrics, including burndown charts and trends.
At least 10 years of experience within the last 12 years reviewing, developing, and/or providing input to project deliverables/artifacts, including:
Business Requirements and Business Rules
Technical and Service Requirements
Test Strategies
Test Plans
Test Cases
Transition Plans
Traceability Matrices
At least 8 years of experience within the last 12 years using Test Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JAMA to document functional/non-functional requirements, design specifications, test cases and defects, and provide full project traceability.
At least 8 years of experience within the last 12 years with large databases, including hands-on experience using and writing SQL queries to find data for testing applications or interfaces.
Experience as a Test Analyst with a public pension system
Experience as a Test Analyst leading or participating in the technical implementation of pension/retirement-related software development projects.
At least 5 years of experience within the last 12 years designing, developing, and performing testing using automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, and ROBOT Framework.
Skills Required
- At least 10 years of experience within the last 12 years as a Test Analyst with large organizations, leading or participating in technical implementation or modernization of legacy applications.
- Experience coordinating with business, functional, and technical testers to establish test execution goals and objectives.
- Experience with defect management, including validation, follow-up, solution verification, and escalation.
- Experience producing test execution and defect metrics, including burndown charts and trends.
- At least 10 years of experience within the last 12 years reviewing, developing, or providing input to business requirements, business rules, technical and service requirements, test strategies, test plans, test cases, transition plans, and traceability matrices.
- At least 8 years of experience within the last 12 years using Test Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JAMA.
- At least 8 years of experience within the last 12 years working with large databases, including writing SQL queries for application or interface testing.
- Experience as a Test Analyst with a public pension system similar in size to CalSTRS.
- Experience leading or participating in technical implementation of pension or retirement-related software development projects.
- At least 5 years of experience within the last 12 years designing, developing, and performing testing with Selenium, Cucumber, and Robot Framework.
