What's the role?

This team is shaping a driver‑facing digital product portfolio, delivering navigation, routing, and location‑based services at global scale. The platform is supported by robust backend systems that enable personalization, usage insights, and multiple commercial and business‑model pathways over time.

The focus is on delivering compelling user value while establishing a scalable, predictable, and sustainable commercial foundation that supports long‑term growth, partnerships, and future platform expansion.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue & Monetization Strategy - Consumer Platforms to define and own the commercial and revenue architecture.

In this role, you are accountable for translating customer value and product usage into sustainable revenue outcomes through the right business models, pricing frameworks, packaging, and lifecycle strategies. You will own top‑line performance end‑to‑end from strategic design through execution, and act as the commercial counterpart to Product and Marketing leadership.

This is a high‑impact role with clear revenue accountability, requiring strong strategic judgment, analytical depth, and the ability to drive execution in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.

What you will do

  • Own the revenue strategy for consumers platforms, defining where we compete, how we monetize, and how we drive scalable growth across segments.
  • Define and evolve commercial and monetization models, including pricing, packaging, value‑based frameworks, and experimentation.
  • Lead market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to influence platform roadmaps and ensure feature investments align with revenue potential and consumer value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Finance, Data/Analytics, and GTM teams to operationalize strategy and drive execution against financial targets.
  • Build and operate revenue performance frameworks, including forecasts, KPIs, cohorts, funnel analysis, and commercial scenarios.
  • Lead structured monetization experimentation to continuously improve ARPU, LTV, conversion, and long‑term revenue efficiency.
  • Own commercial readiness for launches, including pricing rollout, revenue assumptions, risk assessment, and executive decision support.
  • Act as the executive owner of revenue narratives, shaping performance reviews, forecasts, trade‑offs, and investment recommendations.
Who are you?

You bring a strong track record in revenue strategy and monetization, with the ability to translate complex product ecosystems into clear, scalable commercial outcomes. You operate comfortably at the intersection of product, finance, and marketing, driving decisions that maximize long‑term value

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue strategy, monetization, commercial strategy, consumer platforms, or product‑led growth roles.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue outcomes, not just advising on strategy.
  • Strong expertise in pricing, forecasting, financial modeling, and monetization design for digital or consumer platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and senior stakeholders through insight‑driven recommendations.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong command of consumer and unit‑economics metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, conversion, churn, cohorts).
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic/financial education preferred.
