Sr. Product Marketing Analyst - Bangalore - Hybrid
Job Description:
This position is in the Wealth Business Development & Client Solutions team within the Wealth Management business segment of the Global Technology & Operations (GTO) business; and is a dynamic role that requires demonstration of exceptional product marketing experience, the ability to produce creative, compelling content that make a measurable impact. The position provides the opportunity to learn about new wealth technology, advisor/investor behavior, and industry trends. The Sr. Product Marketing Analyst role will work with the Wealth Business Development, Wealth Product Management and Wealth Marketing teams, our marketing centers of excellence, sales and business partners to create new and update existing collateral that drive awareness and generate leads for our wealth solutions.
This position is based out of our offices in India and will engage with all our Wealth solutions and work with teams globally including the wealth marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gain and maintain an overall understanding of the Broadridge Wealth Management offering from front to back, the overall value proposition of the platform for key market segments and the value proposition for each of the components within the platform including partner solutions
- Enable communication of the value proposition to the marketplace. Tailor communication to client needs
- Collaborate with product and business leaders, and marketing to ensure that all products and services have appropriate messaging including value propositions, key metrics, and context diagrams – create/maintain sales & marketing collateral including website content, case studies, scripts for marketing videos etc. and create the videos for internal usage
- Work with Wealth Marketing team to prepare collateral required for upcoming wealth marketing campaigns and Analyst roadshows
- Develop and maintain collateral critical to the sales process, incorporating new digital techniques, tracking usage analytics, and identifying updates for continuous improvement.
- Execute content including studies, surveys, and articles that showcase our leadership and generates leads. Help create, test, and measure new thought leadership opportunities for ongoing prospect and client engagement
- Assist with the creation of partner collateral before new partnerships are signed and routinely update with changes in the partner value proposition
- Stay current on competitors’ marketing, document industry trends and propose improvements to wealth marketing
- For all programs, adhere to brand guidelines, share knowledge, incorporate new strategies, and partner with Wealth marketing colleagues
- Maintain library of all wealth collateral – maintain the knowledge center and be a knowledge management guru for the Wealth BU
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree preferably in Mass.Comm with 5+ years of overall experience, with a focus on digital communication tools. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles for digital communications is preferred
- Excellent creative writing and organizational skills (meaning ability to organize collateral)
- Additional skills: PowerPoint, Visio, Sharepoint/Teams, Word, Excel, Basic Power BI/Tableau for charts and graphs, Virtual presentation tools including whiteboarding on Zoom, Webex and Teams
- Understanding of Financial services preferred, knowledge of Wealth Management firm, advisor or investor behavior is a bonus
- Collaboration skills including working in complex matrix organizations
- Experience working with Sales, Account Management, Product and Technology teams
- Experience with content management systems or digital experience platforms
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
