We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This job focuses on leveraging data to derive insights that align with the product’s shared vision and customer needs. It involves gathering customer experience insights to inform product requirements and analyzing research, market data, and usability studies for data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring product profitability and budget, leading sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure effective execution, and collaborating with content developers, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers to uncover new opportunities. This job is an individual contributor.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
  • Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
  • Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
  • Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
  • Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
  • Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Payment services offerings.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the payment industry. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Product Development and Management

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, and release.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

  • Ensure that products meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

Customer Focus and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to the product development process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Develop and present business cases, product proposals, and performance reports to senior management.

 

Technical Expertise

  • Maintain a solid understanding of CNP processing, card processing costs & fees, payment gateways, tokenization, and other related technologies.

  • Experience in design, build and versioning of REST APIs, js SDKs, webhooks.

  • Provide guidance and support to the team and other stakeholders.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, card network mandates and global regulatory changes.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management within the payment industry, with a focus on CNP processing.

  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of Card BIN services, MID provisioning, vaulting, tokenization, account updater, and 3DS., card processing fees, and related economics.

  • Experience working in product-centric companies, with significant cross functional internal and external dependencies.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders and to work with geographical-dispersed teams in support new product initiatives.

  • Breadth and depth of industry experience in executing partnership strategies, prioritizing product backlog by balancing short term goals and long-term plans.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:
