As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to build and deploy transformative data products across Cargill. You will be a key player in a growing, experienced team dedicated to revolutionizing Cargill's approach to pricing. While embedded within the Digital, Technology and Data organization, you will collaborate cross-functionally with diverse business units every day to drive innovation.
Key Accountabilities
- Vision & Strategy: Define & secure buy-in for the vision & strategy of data products.
- Roadmap Execution: Build and execute an ambitious product roadmap, independently aligning leadership and stakeholders with your team's goals.
- Team Leadership: Set the strategic direction, motivate cross-functional teams, and drive consistent progress as you build and deploy data products
- Deployment: Lead the implementation of data products across various business units.
- Business Alignment: Deeply understand business needs to tailor data products for specific organizational requirements.
- Performance Tracking: Establish mechanisms to monitor product adoption and performance, ensuring results are tied to tangible business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- 2+ years in software product management or deploying software within a consulting or SaaS environment OR 2+ years in strategy consulting or top tier in-house consulting team
- In-depth understanding of Pricing, Sales, and Sales Operations processes.
- Strong background in statistics and fluency in English.
- Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries and thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Confident, clear communicator with a growth mindset and a passion for learning.
Preferred Requirements: - MBA or a relevant advanced degree.
- 4+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs involving business analysis and end-user solution deployment.
