The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a critical workstream at the intersection of behavioral data, intelligent automation, and user experience.

In this role, you’ll:

• Define how our system captures user activity and transforms it into meaningful patterns

• Build the intelligence layer that drives personalization, prioritization, and proactive nudges

• Collaborate across engineering, AI/ML, design, and marketing to surface the right signal at the right time

• Guide how these signals are turned into AI-driven actions and workflows—for agents and, in time, for clients

This isn’t just analytics. It’s the foundation of decision-making—and action-taking—across our product.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the roadmap for activity tracking, insights, and intelligent automation

• Design systems that interpret user behavior and trigger next-best actions (automated or suggested)

• Drive discovery, experimentation, and iterative shipping of features that make our platform feel smart and responsive

• Build frameworks to classify, prioritize, and evolve behavioral signals across web, mobile, and email

• Partner with AI/ML teams to translate patterns into product logic, workflows, and in-app experiences

• Bring clarity to complexity—turning user behavior into structured, scalable product opportunities

What We’re Looking For

You’re a product thinker who gets excited about making systems smarter and users more successful. You know that AI isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a powerful tool when paired with the right product vision.

You might be a fit if:

• You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a platform, data, or automation focus

• You’ve worked on products that involve intelligent recommendations, behavioral insights, or event-driven workflows

• You thrive in cross-functional teams and can align diverse stakeholders around a clear product direction

• You’re comfortable exploring fuzzy problem spaces and turning them into structured plans

• You have a strong intuition for user needs and a passion for building tools that feel one step ahead

• Bonus: You’ve worked closely with AI/ML teams or shipped AI-powered features
