Sr Product Designer

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an exceptional  Sr Product Designer to join our stellar design team. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced digital product designer who excels in highly collaborative environments, is proficient in modern design tools (we're a Figma-first organization), and consistently delivers high-quality experiences in complex problem spaces. You enjoy taking ownership of ambiguous and challenging problems, shaping them into thoughtful and intuitive experiences that make a meaningful difference for users.

In this role, you will design end-to-end experiences that help healthcare professionals navigate complex workflows with confidence and efficiency. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and operations to transform customer needs into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.

We are also looking for designers who embrace AI as part of their craft. You use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, explore concepts, create prototypes, improve workflows, and strengthen collaboration with engineering. What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas—from framing problems through polished delivery and iteration
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that communicate ideas and validate solutions
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and operations throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually polished experiences for complex enterprise healthcare workflows
• Contribute to our design system by using shared components, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and helping maintain consistency across products
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, accessible, and implemented with high quality
• Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback that elevates the work across the team
• Use AI tools to accelerate design research, generate concepts, connect Figma designs with front-end implementation where appropriate, and rapidly prototype ideas
• Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities and modern design workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and team velocity

ISMS roles and responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of Information practices.
• Assist the manager in all the information security activities implementation and maintenance process.
• Ensuring the  team and imparted with Competence related to Information security
• Responsible for implementation of security policies and procedures and report any issues to the Information Security Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Opportunity Overview
• 5+ years of experience in software product design with ownership of end-to-end product experiences
• Experience designing enterprise digital products (healthcare, fintech, analytics, or similarly complex domains is a plus)
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Research, QA)
• Experience contributing to or working within an established design system
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Material Design, React, HTML/CSS, Design Tokens) to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-powered design and development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, or similar) to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent experience
• A portfolio demonstrating strong problem framing, user-centered design process, visual craft, interaction design, and measurable product impact
• Clear, concise English communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to designers, engineers, and senior stakeholders (our team is located in the U.S. and Hyderabad)
• Strong conceptual thinking that balances user needs, product strategy, business goals, engineering constraints, and long-term scalability
