Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery tracking, invoice coordination, supplier performance, compliance, and reporting. The role maintains vendor relationships, resolves supplier issues, identifies cost savings, and supports information security policy implementation. It requires strong organization, negotiation, analytical, communication, and procurement systems skills.

Owns configuration deliverables for client implementations and launches. Analyzes requirements, develops scalable configurations, documents specifications and procedures, collaborates with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Testing teams, validates and troubleshoots configurations, and manages configuration items through their lifecycle. The role requires experience with structured data, APIs, integrations, ticketing systems, Excel, version control, and configuration management tools.

Own actuarial models and client-facing reporting measuring cost savings, outcomes, and performance of healthcare prior authorization programs. Analyze authorization and claims data, conduct impact evaluations, reconcile projected and realized results, investigate trends, and present executive-level insights to customers and leadership. Partner with clinical, customer success, data, and actuarial teams while maintaining reproducible, auditable methodology and documentation.
