The Intake Quality Assurance Specialist develops quality measurements, audits, coaching, SOPs, job aids, and training programs for healthcare intake operations. The role analyzes QA findings, identifies trends and compliance risks, supports workflow and product changes, facilitates onboarding and upskilling, and advises operational leaders. Responsibilities include partnering with Product, Clinical, Client Services, and Operations, managing projects, supporting change management, and assisting operational queues during high-volume periods.

Leads healthcare analytics projects using clinical, claims, pharmacy, and eligibility data to evaluate cost, utilization, quality, and program performance. Develops statistical analyses, predictive models, dashboards, and reporting solutions; identifies optimization opportunities; partners with clinical, product, engineering, and business teams; presents recommendations to stakeholders; and mentors junior analysts.

Partner with business leaders in India to develop and execute people strategies, support organizational design and workforce planning, manage employee relations, guide performance and talent development, and drive engagement initiatives. The role also oversees Indian labor-law compliance, HR policy improvements, HRIS usage, and information security responsibilities while collaborating with the US People Business Partnership team.
