Join us as a Senior Marketing Manager for LEGO® STAR WARS™ and lead the charge in bringing the galaxy's favorite saga to life through groundbreaking campaigns and strategic partnerships!
Core Responsibilities
Overall, you will set and implement long and short-term strategies and plans for LEGO® STAR WARS™ to deliver on brand and commercial objectives. This role has a focus on the Adult consumer group, and responsibilities include:

Develop and implement key parts of the Global Marketing strategy for LEGO® STAR WARS™, focusing on communication, marketing innovation, and campaign deployment.

Lead the creation and execution of top-tier Owned, Earned, Shared & Paid (OESP) marketing campaigns, grounded in consumer insights, to deliver continuous fan engagement and desire.

Drive alignment and collaboration across a wide spectrum of internal and external collaborators.

Foster a collaborative partnership with IP Partner to unlock marketing opportunities and explore new channels to engage STAR WARS™ Adult Fans.

Serve as the main contact for Adult audience leads and Fan community engagement, ensuring strategic coherence and excellent execution, and provide input on the Adult product assortment strategy and recommendations.
Please note the role is based in Billund (Denmark), and relocation assistance is not offered.

This opportunity exists within our Product and Marketing Development (PMD) organization, where there are two Product Groups (PG); Core Businesses and New Businesses. Both are jointly responsible for the current and future portfolio of franchises and the global P&L – ensuring strategies are developed and carried out that deliver on short and long-term commercial and strategic ambitions.
The LEGO® STAR WARS™ franchise is part of the PG Core Business Entertainment IP Team and offers a unique opportunity to develop innovative products and build marketing propositions for a cross-generational audience of kids and adults.
As part of the marketing team, this role will play an outsized role in building LEGO® love with one of the most iconic global IP licenses, STAR WARS™.
Do you have what it takes?

Substantial marketing experience from a strong consumer brand - preferably in a global or regional role, with a proven track record in communication development and high intuition for business.

Passion for fandom marketing and community engagement experience is an advantage

Effective communication skills - great relationship builder and negotiator with proven ability to create followership with a diverse group of team members and partners across multiple business areas, geographies, and agency partners.

Experience working with third-party IP partners and building strong collaborative relationships internally & externally.

Strong analytical skills working with insights and translating them into actionable recommendations.

Result-focused with expertise in decision making, analytics, time management, and marketing innovation.

Consumer-centric approach with a curiosity to try new things, evaluate business potential, and turn insights into action.

High level Proficiency Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point, Google Analytics, Power BI.

Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities, and thrives in a team setting.
