Sustainability professional who excels in program management, senior stakeholder management, with outstanding problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and navigate the complex legislative and regulatory landscape to enable informed business decisions to delivery social and environmental impact throughout the value chain. Demonstrates strong functional knowledge, a proven ability to drive results, and a passion for embedding sustainability in core business processes.
In this role, you will be the Responsible Sourcing subject matter expert within our growing Global Sustainability Team, providing strategic direction, standards and policies to ensure implementation within the business.
You will coordinate with and enable relevant teams in the delivery of KH Responsible Sourcing and Human Rights commitments and will be responsible to adapt the program to fit evolving priorities within the Kraft Heinz ESG Strategy where relevant. In addition, you will support the broader Global Procurement Sustainability Program activities by contributing to continuous improvement in positive procurement, value creation, internal and external engagement, innovation, supplier collaboration, third party partnerships, and internal collaboration.

- Act as the Kraft Heinz subject matter expert and strategic business partner on nature related topics
- Translate complex concepts into real action while aligning with various guidelines and legal requirements
- Define opportunities to enhance and streamline processes, like integrating due diligence into overall factory certification processes in collaboration with our internal Risk Management team.
- Monitor program deployment and engage a wide range of internal and external partners, rights holders and NGOs
- Develop and execute communication strategies, as well as elevate awareness and capabilities across the organization
- Contribute to the annual ESG reporting process and providing updates against targets in collaboration with zones and cross functional teams.
- Development of guidance documentation to ensure business is empowered and educated to take action to support strategy,
- Manage a structured multi-stakeholder program, leading relevant rituals and routines.
- Establish a comprehensive program plan and make recommendations which support overall value creation and delivery of the responsible sourcing strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance supplier collaboration ways of working to drive progress.
- Engage and collaborate with external partners (suppliers, service providers, NGOs, etc.) in advancement of the program.
- Represent Kraft Heinz in the Responsible Sourcing space with internal and external stakeholders - while seeking ways to bring outside insights and learnings into the function.

- Master's degree by education and/or experience
- 8+ years of experience in relevant program management roles, innovation and co-creation roles involving cross-functional senior stakeholder management, or strategy/sustainability/innovation consulting roles. Must have a good professional understanding of the following:
- Ability to provide robust and practical solutions for due diligence, risk prevention and remediation and to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG and procurement corporate sustainability, and understanding of related processes, tools and competences,
- Program and project management best practices; and
- Large international experience, working with and in different cultures.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting to capital markets and 3rd parties, NGO landscape, global legislative landscape, competition landscape, industry trends, and consumer/industry trends in Responsible Sourcing.
- Ability to effectively develop initiatives which contribute to delivering against the company and procurement strategy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to deliver high quality finished products with autonomy.
- Results and solution orientated with a strong personal drive.
- Organizational Agility - knows how to get things done both through formal and informal channels.
- Effective at establishing trust and building effective business relationships and getting things done through others.
- Strong deduction abilities and problem-solving skills.
