Job Description
As the World Class Manufacturing Lead, you will improve the productivity, profitability, and safety of industrial processes through the application of engineering and manufacturing technologies. The main focus lies on bringing in new technologies and benchmarks to build a strategy to elevate Kraft Heinz to a World Class Operations. This also entails the creation of an internal process benchmark and best practice's system to leverage performance and improve KPI results.
Main Ingredients

  • Run external benchmarks and introduce world class practices for Kraft Heinz.
  • Improve the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) globally, which is the standard way of working for the plants of Kraft Heinz manufacturing.
  • Leverage the (e.g.) Best Available Techniques (BAT's) for the food industry.
  • Search for World Class technologies and trends.
  • Setting the global annual goals' definition, based on internal & external benchmarks.
  • Performance gap analysis and identification of systemic opportunities across worldwide areas and functions to consult the geographical zones.
  • Monitor and control leading indicators related to lines and areas, including KPI consistency checks and audits on factory level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align benchmarking efforts with company goals.
  • Engage with industry, and standards development communities to stay on top of new technologies and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with Operations, Process Engineers and/or Engineering is desired.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
