Job Description

Just imagine shaping the future of the LEGO® Group's eCommerce business with one of North America's most important retail partners. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Senior eCommerce Key Account Manager, you'll lead the strategy and growth of the LEGO Group's eCommerce business with Target while serving as a key member of the B2B eCommerce Leadership Team. You'll own the customer relationship, drive sales and profitability, and connect teams across marketing, operations, inventory planning, finance, content, and product to deliver a shared eCommerce strategy. This is an opportunity to influence a critical retail partnership and create meaningful commercial impact at scale.

Required Qualifications

  • Developed joint business plans with national retail customers and translated them into sales, profitability, inventory, and eCommerce growth strategies.
  • Used customer sales data, forecasting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel analysis to identify opportunities and influence customer decisions.
  • Led commercial negotiations involving assortment planning, promotions, inventory management, or investment decisions with large retail partners.
  • Managed customer partnerships by aligning marketing, operations, finance, inventory planning, and product teams around joint business plans and commercial priorities.
  • Delivered eCommerce growth through site merchandising, promotional planning, retail media activation, or digital shelf initiatives.
  • Presented insights-based recommendations to senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership teams to support commercial decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Executed digital marketing, retail media, or eCommerce merchandising activities that supported customer growth objectives.
  • Used customer sales, inventory, or category performance data to identify commercial opportunities and inform account recommendations.
  • Led cross-functional projects involving operations, inventory planning, marketing, finance, or product teams.
  • Implemented new planning processes, forecasting routines, or account management frameworks that improved commercial execution.

What you'll build

  • Lead the strategy and growth agenda for the Target eCommerce business.
  • Strengthen the customer partnership while delivering sales and profitability objectives.
  • Drive joint business planning, customer planning cycles, and long-term account strategy.
  • Lead promotional planning, site merchandising, media integration, and pre-order strategies.
  • Translate data into actions that improve commercial performance and shopper experiences.
  • Align cross-functional teams around shared priorities and execution plans.

If you've worked in a role where you used insights-based selling, negotiation, inventory collaboration, and strategic planning to create value with major retail customers, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn data into action, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver measurable business results.

Life on the team

You'll join the Americas Market Group team, focused on building a high-performing partnership with Target that delivers sustainable growth, profitability, and an exceptional consumer experience. The team works in a highly collaborative way, connecting throughout the week to align priorities and support shared goals. Regular team meetings create dedicated time for collaboration, relationship-building, and development. You'll have opportunities to deepen your expertise in customer planning, inventory management, commercial leadership, analytics, and strategic decision-making.

What success looks like

Success means accelerating eCommerce growth while balancing ambitious sales, profitability, and operational goals. Over the next 12 to 18 months, the team will focus on joint business planning alignment, line reviews, senior customer meetings, and execution of critical holiday trading periods. You'll work closely with the Key Account Director, the broader Key Account team, customer stakeholders at Target, and cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, inventory planning, finance, and product teams.
