Group Summary:Für unser Werk in Graz/Österreich suchen wir einen engagierten Teamkollegen mit hoher Technik-Affinität und gutem Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge im Automobilumfeld.
In dieser Funktion gestaltest du eine geschäftskritische Logistik-Applikation auf Basis von Oracle, PL/SQL und Java aktiv mit. Du setzt Anforderungen um, optimierst bestehende Lösungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit Fachbereichen, Entwicklungsteams und externen Partner_innen zusammen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Betrieb und technische Betreuung einer Oracle-, PL/SQL- und Java-basierten Logistik-Applikation
- Sicherstellung der Applikationsverfügbarkeit sowie Unterstützung bei Fehleranalyse, Monitoring und nachhaltiger Problemlösung
- Erstellung, Analyse und Optimierung von PL/SQL-Programmlogik wie Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views und SQL-Abfragen sowie von Java-basierten Applikationskomponenten und Schnittstellen
- Organisation und Moderation von Abstimmungen mit Fachbereichen, IT-Stakeholdern, Entwicklungsteams und externen Partnern sowie transparente Kommunikation von Status, Risiken und Entscheidungsbedarfen
- Koordination und Begleitung von Releases, Tests, Wartungsfenstern und betrieblichen Übergaben einschließlich Terminplanung und Nachverfolgung offener Maßnahmen
- Aktive Nutzung von KI-gestützten Werkzeugen im Rahmen der täglichen Arbeit zur effizienten Analyse, Problemlösung, Dokumentation und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL / FH / Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb, in der Betreuung oder Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer Applikationen, idealerweise im Logistik- oder Produktionsumfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Oracle PL/SQL und Java sowie Erfahrung mit der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung datenbanknaher Programmlogik und Java-basierter Applikationskomponenten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL und relationalen Datenbanken, insbesondere im Oracle-Umfeld, inklusive:
- Erstellung, Pflege und Analyse von PL/SQL-Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views und SQL-Abfragen
- Fehleranalyse, Performance-Analyse und nachhaltige Optimierung datenbanknaher Applikationslogik
- Gute Kenntnisse in JavaScript zur Betreuung und Anpassung applikationsnaher Benutzeroberflächen
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (Sprachnivau C1)

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.883,-- und € 4.446,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung vorhanden!

Skills Required
- Completed technical education through HTL, university of applied sciences, university, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience operating, supporting, or enhancing business-critical applications
- Experience in logistics or production environments
- Very strong Oracle PL/SQL and Java skills
- Experience analyzing and developing database-oriented application logic and Java application components
- Very strong SQL and relational database knowledge, particularly Oracle
- Experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, views, and SQL queries
- Experience with error analysis, performance analysis, and optimization of database-oriented application logic
- Good JavaScript knowledge for maintaining and adapting application-related user interfaces
- Strong communication skills in German and English at C1 level
