Job Responsibilities:

Du möchtest Logistikprozesse aktiv mitgestalten und Materialflüsse von der ersten Planung bis zur operativen Umsetzung optimieren? In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position entwickelst du effiziente Materialfluss-, Bereitstellungs- und Flächenkonzepte, planst Prozesse und Ressourcen und begleitest anspruchsvolle Logistikprojekte. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Kunden und weiteren Prozesspartnern zusammen und setzt zukunftsorientierte Standards in der Logistikplanung.


Deine Aufgaben


  • Entwicklung und Simulation innovativer Materialfluss-, Bereitstellungs- und Flächenkonzepte unter Einsatz moderner Technologien und Logistikplanungstools – inklusive Planung der Materialbereitstellung an der Montagelinie für Neu- und Änderungseinsätze sowie Abstimmung mit allen Prozesspartnern.
  • Bestehende Logistikprozesse werden von dir analysiert und optimiert; den erforderlichen Ressourcenbedarf ermittelst du mithilfe der MTM-Bewertungstechnik.
  • Im Rahmen der Planung und Koordination von Kundenprojekten definierst du Logistikaktivitäten, stimmst Arbeitsumfänge ab und behältst Ressourcen sowie Termine zuverlässig im Blick.
  • Auf Basis der jeweiligen Kundenprämissen und -strategien ermittelst du fachspezifische Kosten für Produktion, Logistik und Qualität.
  • Ist-Analysen, Lösungen zur Verpackungs- und Prozessoptimierung sowie die Reduktion von Verschwendung nach Lean-Management-Prinzipien gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Darüber hinaus koordinierst du logistische Systemoptimierungen und Neueinführungen, entwickelst Standards und Arbeitsanweisungen und begleitest die operative Umsetzung der geplanten Logistiklösungen in den Fachbereichen.

Wonach wir suchen


  • Abgeschlossene Matura oder Berufsreifeprüfung; alternativ beziehungsweise ergänzend ein FH- oder Universitätsstudium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Prozess- und Materialflussplanung, idealerweise mindestens drei Jahre in der Automobilindustrie; bei einschlägigem Studium ist entsprechende Praxiserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Koordination bereichsübergreifender Logistikprojekte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SCM-Prozessen sowie in der Logistik-, Prozess- und Materialflussplanung
  • Kenntnisse in Problemlösungstechniken und Analysemethoden sowie MTM-Grundlagen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Planungs- und Analysetools
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und geringe Reisebereitschaft

Dein Profil zählt!

Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.228, und € 4.355, brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden!

Skills Required

  • Completed Matura or Berufsreifeprüfung, or a relevant university/FH degree specializing in logistics
  • Several years of experience in process and material flow planning, ideally at least three years in the automotive industry
  • Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional logistics projects
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics planning, process planning, and material flow planning
  • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, analytical methods, and MTM fundamentals
