Deine Aufgaben
- Selbstständige Planung und Abwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Kunden
- Entwicklung technischer Infrastrukturkonzepte unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Sicherheitsstandards
- Koordination und Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Projektteams sowie Planung und Verteilung von Arbeitspaketen
- Organisation, Moderation und Dokumentation von Workshops und Meetings
- Analyse von Anforderungen sowie transparente Dokumentation aller Projektphasen zur Sicherstellung der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken
- Laufende Optimierung bestehender IT-Infrastruktur sowie Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien
- Verantwortung für administrative Projektmanagement-Agenden wie Terminpläne, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Statusberichte und Projektdokumentationen
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL / FH / Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement erforderlich
- Betriebserfahrung in Konzern- und großen IT-Infrastrukturumgebungen wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, Jira sowie Confluence
- Basiskenntnisse im Bereich IT Security wünschenswert
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen globaler Projekte
- Flexibilität hinsichtlich Arbeitszeiten zur Unterstützung weltweiter Projektteams

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.803 und € 4.355 brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung vorhanden!

Skills Required
- Completed IT education from an HTL, university of applied sciences, university, or comparable qualification
- Project management training and experience
- Experience operating in corporate and large IT infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of IT security
- Strong written and spoken German and English communication skills
- Willingness to travel for global projects
- Flexibility regarding working hours to support global project teams
