Group Summary:In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unsere produktionsnahe IT und sorgst dafür, dass IT-Infrastruktur, Endgeräte und Systeme im Produktionsumfeld zuverlässig funktionieren und laufend weiterentwickelt werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Störungsbehebung der IT-Infrastruktur im Produktionsumfeld
- Mitwirkung am gesamten Lebenszyklus der Endgeräte im Produktionsumfeld, einschließlich Konfiguration und Bereitstellung der Clients
- Unterstützung bei der Integration von Produktionsanlagen sowie Betreuung der zugehörigen produktionsnahen IT-Systeme inklusive Datensicherung
- Unterstützung der Anlagenlieferanten bei der Einhaltung der Richtlinien und IT-Anforderungen von Magna Steyr
- Technischer Support für Microsoft-Server- und Client-Systeme sowie mobile Lösungen
- Anwendung und Einhaltung der ITIL-Prozesse sowie aktive Mitarbeit in der Produktionshotline bzw. im Servicedesk
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktionsbereichen und internen IT-Fachbereichen zur Unterstützung bei Störungsanalyse und Störungsbehebung
- Bewertung neuer Technologien hinsichtlich ihres Potenzials und ihrer Eignung für den Einsatz in der Produktion
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung kleinerer IT-Projekte im Produktionsumfeld
- Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit dem OT-Team
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL oder FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Client- und Windows-Server-Produkten
- Kenntnisse in Datenbanktechnologien, vorzugsweise Microsoft SQL Server
- Kenntnisse in Linux-Derivaten und Docker-Containertechnologien von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, insbesondere im Bereich Wireless LAN
- Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen und Automatisierung von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Hardware, Software, Netzwerke und IT-Infrastrukturen
- Fachbezogene Zertifizierungen in den genannten Technologiebereichen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit im Zweischichtbetrieb
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.295,-- und € 4.446,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung vorhanden!

Skills Required
- Completed IT education through HTL, FH, or equivalent qualification gained through several years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft client and Windows Server products
- Knowledge of database technologies, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of network technologies, particularly wireless LAN
- Strong technical understanding of hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructures
- Very good German and good English language skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties
- Knowledge of Linux distributions and Docker container technologies
- Knowledge of scripting languages and automation
- Relevant certifications in the listed technology areas
