Sr HRIS Analyst (HCM-OIC)

What's the role?

As an Senior HCM Data & Integrations Specialist (Oracle Fusion), you will own the data foundation and integration layer that powers HERE’s HR technology landscape. You will ensure clean, governed, and reliable data while maintaining seamless integrations across Payroll, Identity, Finance, Analytics, and global HR systems.

You will also contribute to HERE’s digital transformation by implementing AI‑enabled automation, intelligent error handling, and proactive data‑quality insights. In this role, you will:

• Lead data governance efforts by ensuring accurate, governed, and reliable HCM data aligned with enterprise standards, including the secure and compliant handling of all employee data.
• Manage end‑to‑end HCM data processes, including executing HDL/HSDL loads, performing validations and corrections, and monitoring data lineage and overall data quality across HR and Payroll.
• Build, maintain, and optimize integrations across the HR technology ecosystem using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM Extracts, while ensuring smooth, stable, and efficient data flows.
• Oversee integration operations by monitoring flows, managing schedules, and resolving system or interface issues that impact Payroll, Identity, Finance, Analytics, or global HR processes.
• Drive automation initiatives by leveraging Oracle AI Agents and GenAI‑supported capabilities to enhance data checks, streamline error handling, and introduce intelligent quality and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with the HR Technology AI Lead to embed intelligent workflows into MyHR and accelerate HERE’s digital transformation.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for data and integration issues, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, and IT to troubleshoot and resolve cross‑system challenges.
• Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates by conducting data checks, impact assessments, and integration readiness activities to ensure smooth releases.

• Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud data models and business objects.
• Strong skills in HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with OIC, APIs, or middleware integrations.
• Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Ability to work with AI‑enabled tools for troubleshooting and automation.
• Knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or Compensation (a plus).
• Familiarity with HR Helpdesk, Journeys, or digital workflows (a plus).
• Experience in Agile delivery (beneficial).
