Summary of This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Sr. Growth Product Marketing Manager to join the global Product Marketing team to support one of our key products - Point of Sale (POS). As one of the fastest growing businesses in the company, our point of sale business is primed for growth at scale
In this role you will be instrumental in collaborating with our revenue marketing teams in creating and executing on the growth strategy for our POS product line and be a key driver of revenue growth in 2025.
The Growth Product Marketing Manager will collaborate across the business working across product marketing, revenue marketing, sales and various other teams in executing the right growth marketing strategies to acquire net new customers. This role will require a deep understanding of our product, markets, competitors and target audiences.
Responsibilities

Campaign messaging - develop differentiated campaign positioning and messaging informed by thorough knowledge of the audience, competition and industry. Responsible for campaign hooks and themes that help convert.

Campaign content - Responsible for creating any campaign specific content that helps prospects identify the right solution and help them make a decision along the funnel.

Marketing campaigns - work with our revenue and product marketing teams to support campaign initiatives attracting new customers. Experience working with software applications and in-app marketing experience is preferred.

Buyer journey - working to better understand our prospect journey, the different touchpoints, mapping content and proof points to the journey that helps convert and acquire

Be the voice of the customer - enable internal teams by being the internal voice of the customer.

Reporting - responsible for reporting back on campaign performance, and product revenue
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Marketing or equivalent field from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Typically a minimum of 10 years
- Experience in product marketing and/or product management in a B2B environment. Experience within a card issuing, issuing processor or related payments industry or in a similar FinTech industry preferred. Demonstrated success in launching and driving adoption of new products in a B2B environment.

- Marketing or equivalent field from an accredited university or MBA.
