ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate on branding projects from concept to execution. You’ll be responsible for creating visual identities, developing brand assets, and ensuring consistency across various touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the creative director and other designers, bringing strategic ideas to life through thoughtful design.

- Create marketing materials, presentations, packaging, digital assets, and print collateral
- Work on layout and composition for various formats (social media, web, signage, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency across projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and present design ideas
- Stay updated on design trends, branding strategies, and industry developments
- Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in branding, identity design, and print/digital applications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and identity design work
- Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
- Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual identities
- Understanding of design for both print and digital platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest in cultural and artistic storytelling through design
