Role Overview:
The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key corporate clients. This role involves conducting regular meetings, facilitating customer requests, reviewing and discussing account performance, and ensuring the timely renewal of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Facilitate and resolve customer requests promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and discuss account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services.
- Secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities and client communications.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics.
Required:
Experience as account manager, preferably in insurance sector.
2-5 years of experience
Excellent communiation skills.
