Job Description SummaryThe Sr Finance Manager - Manufacturing Operations will serve as the key finance leader for the Florence manufacturing site in Florence, SC. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the site. Partnering closely with plant leadership, the Senior Finance Manager will provide actionable insights, lead financial planning and analysis processes, and support key business objectives related to cost, cash, quality, fulfillment, and productivity. This position plays a critical role in enabling both short- and long-term growth initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
  • Plant Financial Leadership: Serve as the finance leader for the Florence manufacturing site, extensive experience working in Supply Chain Finance , providing financial oversight and strategic guidance to plant leadership. Manage site financial performance, including P&L, inventory, capital expenditures, and productivity initiatives.

  • Operational Finance Partnership: Partner with operations leaders to drive productivity, cost reduction, and cash improvement initiatives. Provide financial analysis and decision support for key operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting: Lead monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing cycles. Deliver financial insights and performance updates to support decision-making and achievement of business objectives. Support annual standard cost setting and budgeting activities.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of financial processes. Leverage digital tools and analytics (i.e. Power BI) to improve reporting, visibility, and decision-making.

  • People Leadership: Coach and develop finance talent, including serving as the assignment leader for the Financial Management Program (FMP). Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive financial experience, preferably including supply chain finance.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance and financial results.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct or indirect people leadership, coaching, talent development.
