The Role            

Claims Services Group, LLC, a Solera Company is hiring for the following role in Westlake, TX: Sr. Director of Product Management to define and drive the Last Mile Logistics, Telematics, and Saas product strategy across Solera’s global product portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the product management to translate logistics operations, distribution networks, and telematics data into cohesive product roadmap delivering scalable Saas solutions; 
  • Integrate competitive research, global market scanning, and advanced analytics with business and technical acumen to drive multi-year strategy; 
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, client services, operations, and sales to ensure that product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities directly support business objectives; 
  • Assess and evaluate distribution networks and last mile logistics operations to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for innovation; 
  • Translate findings into actionable roadmap initiatives; 
  • Scan transportation, telematics, and SaaS markets, synthesize competitive intelligence, customer insights, and global industry trends into differentiated strategies; 
  • Oversee the design, development, and execution of enterprise-scale SaaS implementations, including mobile applications and dispatch systems, ensuring scalability across multiple geographies; 
  • Develop and manage multi-year roadmap across several product lines, balancing long-term strategic objectives with tactical delivery; 
  • Drive agile product management practices including backlog prioritization, user story creation, sprint planning, velocity tracking, retrospectives, and release execution; 
  • Translate complex business and operational requirements into product outcomes, ensuring solutions meet the needs of large, distributed logistics customers; 
  • Lead quarterly product reviews and customer advisory boards to validate strategy and refine roadmap with real-world input; 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch materials and enablement tools that highlight differentiated value propositions across logistics and distribution ecosystems; 
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, instilling best practices in roadmap planning, competitive intelligence, and customer-driven innovation; and 
  • Represent the company externally as a thought leader in last mile logistics, SaaS, and telematics by engaging advisory councils, customer forums, and global industry events. Multiple positions.

Who You’ll Bring:  

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Product Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; 
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation; 
  • Position also requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: SaaS product strategy and product management; Managing cross-functional teams delivering enterprise-level Saas projects; Developing and managing operational logistics assessments with strategic Saas roadmap development; Large-scale Saas implementations; Developing product roadmaps and launching SaaS solutions across global logistics markets; and Performance analytics, KPI frameworks, and competitive intelligence applied to logistics and mobility systems;
  • Position requires at least one year of experience in SaaS product management with emphasis in product management with emphasis on transportation, telematics, last mile logistics, distribution, and dispatch operations.
