Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategic initiatives of the strategy team in the development of the overall enterprise strategy, business plan, and the continuous improvement process. This position works with leaders cross-functionally to develop and deliver multi-year plans as well as contributes input used in the development and prioritization of the corporate strategy for the Lowe's organization. This position may serve in a people management role, but continuously develops all team members when working on projects and initiatives within the Business & Strategy function.

What You Will Do
- Advises the CEO staff, SVP, and VP- stakeholders cross-functionally to develop and deliver multi-year plans that contribute to the overall Lowe's corporate strategy
- Assembles, directs, leads, and influences teams of executive, SVP, and VP- business leaders, strategists, and industry analysts
- Works on business enterprise and operating strategy development as well as the strategy execution plan to ensure appropriate strategic direction and implementation
- Gains the stakeholder buy-in necessary for the successful execution of the business plan
- Manages elements of the execution of the executive strategy and the facilitation and documentation of key strategic decisions
- Delivers strategic analysis and overall strategy consulting projects with valuation around $1-3 million annually
- Evaluates the continuous improvement processes of business unit planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the future
- Serves as a thought leader in business planning and actionable strategy development as well as an example of open and transparent partnership across functional groups
- Oversees and often performs deep analysis to provide recommendations regarding the business model structure, industry and consumer trends, brand and offering positioning, market opportunity, and competitive intelligence
- Mentors and (may directly manage i.e. performance reviews, appraisals, etc.) the team within the Business & Strategy function when consulting on various projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

- 8 years Experience in strategic or management consulting as well as leading high-performing strategy consulting teams within $1B+ enterprises with multiple business units and profit models; experience in people management
- 8 years Experience working in a Fortune 500 corporate environment, Omni-channel retail preferred; experience in people management
