We are looking for a Senior Business Unit Systems Analyst to join our Operations Process Management (OPM) team within Connected Living / Home Solutions. This role plays a critical part in supporting complex business systems, ensuring operational continuity, and partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders.
You will act as a technical and functional expert, supporting production systems, analyzing issues, validating system changes, and contributing to enterprise-level initiatives that impact core operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide production support and triage for system issues impacting operations and call centers
- Investigate, reproduce, and document system defects in lower environments
- Create, prioritize, and track bugs in partnership with IT teams
- Execute system testing and validations to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs
- Run and analyze SQL queries to support troubleshooting and analysis
- Gather, document, and translate complex business and system requirements
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and implementation activities for complex projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Business partners
- Support system enhancements that improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role (or equivalent combination of experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience supporting complex systems and integrations
- Hands-on experience with SQL and system analysis
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and defect management
- Experience working with production systems and operational support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Project Management or Business Analysis certification
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-system environments
- Background working closely with IT delivery teams
- Work on complex, high-impact systems supporting enterprise operations
- Collaborate with experienced, cross-functional teams across the business and IT
- Gain exposure to large-scale initiatives, integrations, and process improvements
