Team Overview
The Product Operations team supports TransUnion’s Trusted Call Solutions suite by helping customers onboard successfully, enabling product initiatives, and supporting operational execution aligned with revenue growth and technology advancement. The team collaborates with customers, sales, product, and internal development groups to support service delivery, data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Sr. Manager - Product Operations. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Support customer onboarding and ongoing management for Trusted Call Solutions services, coordinating activities across multiple partner systems to promote effective service delivery.
Provide Tier 2 support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Conduct ongoing data analysis to address key customer needs, inform sales opportunities, and support operational decision-making.
Advance data validation and quality assurance initiatives that strengthen product performance and operational effectiveness.
Identify process improvements and communicate product requirements that help inform strategic roadmap priorities.
Develop and maintain Trusted Call Solutions reporting to support visibility into operational and customer outcomes.
Support Trusted Call Solutions development priorities through TransUnion internal development processes and tools, including Confluence and Jira.
Deliver analytic insights and trend reporting related to initiative performance to support informed business decisions.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, operations, product management, data analytics, or a related field.
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate strong follow-up, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot proactively, and drive solutions across internal and external teams.
Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to interpret information and make sound business decisions.
Required Technical Skills
Data analysis and data validation skills to support customer, sales, quality assurance, and reporting needs.
Experience developing and maintaining reports, generating analytic insights, and tracking performance trends.
Ability to use internal development processes and tools, such as Confluence and Jira, to support development priorities.
Ability to work across multiple partner systems to support customer onboarding and product operations.
