This role will be hybrid at our WHQ - 2-3 days in office per week.

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for a variety of roles using external compensation surveys and internal job and organizational data.

  • Perform advanced compensation analyses and modeling to support pay decisions, program design, and business needs.

  • Conduct pay equity, internal equity, and compensation impact analyses, identifying trends, potential issues, and recommended actions.

  • Support compensation projects and initiatives across a diverse, seasonal consumer products business.

  • Serve as a resource to other team members and provide guidance or mentorship to less experienced colleagues as needed.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related experience demonstrating the ability to independently manage complex, non-routine analytical work.

  • Experience with compensation analysis, market benchmarking, job pricing, and data modeling preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, identify issues, and develop practical solutions within established compensation frameworks.

  • Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts and analytical findings clearly to HR and business partners.
