Consistency, scalability, and clarity in user experience are critical pillars of this transformation.As Sr. Advisor, UX Experience Design Architect, you will own the design architecture for platform-level workflows and reusable UX frameworks across key functional areas (Data Management & Operations, Data Science lifecycle, Governance). This senior individual contributor role partners closely with UX architects, researchers, product managers, and engineering squads to translate complex user journeys into scalable design systems and interaction models that minimize manual effort and optimize automation over time.

Responsibilities
Experience Leadership for Platform Use Cases
- Own OneTru workflows end-to-end—from conceptual mapping to detailed design and delivery.
- Lead workflow modeling, edge-case handling, interaction logic, and multi-role task flows.
- Ensure alignment with the broader platform UX framework and design system governance.
Design Architecture & Execution
- Translate conceptual UX patterns into detailed specifications and implementation-ready UI documentation.
- Define and maintain reusable UX frameworks, design tokens, and accessibility standards.
- Provide structured feedback and mentorship to junior designers executing screen-level designs.
- Maintain alignment with Figma component libraries and shared UX patterns.
Engineering Partnership & Delivery
- Collaborate daily with engineering during planning, build, QA, and release cycles.
- Ensure accurate implementation of UI and interaction behaviors; prevent design-to-build gaps.
- Identify deviations early and guide corrections to avoid technical debt.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with UX Research to integrate workflow insights into design decisions.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap through UX architecture recommendations.
- Support documentation, release sign-offs, and cross-team handoffs.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in UX design, interaction design, or UX architecture for enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to translate conceptual frameworks into detailed workflows and UI patterns.
- Skilled in designing multi-step operational processes across multiple persona roles.
- Proficiency in Figma and design system governance; experience with component libraries.
- Strong collaboration experience with engineering during agile delivery cycles.
- Familiarity with data-centric platforms, analytics workflows, or ML environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance considerations for large-scale UX.
