This role requires someone who can go beyond executing instructions — someone who can engage directly with marketing and MarTech partners, translate requirements into scalable solutions that may include new components, and ensure high-quality, detail oriented implementation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to self QA their work in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Bring:
Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including the ability to write, modify, and troubleshoot code from scratch or adapt existing code/frameworks.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles and hands-on experience with responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Angular.js, etc.).
- Solid understanding of W3C standards, accessibility considerations, and browser-specific nuances across Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
- Ability to conduct cross‑browser and cross‑device testing to validate code changes and ensure pixel‑perfect execution.
- Familiarity with website performance analytics, SEO/SEM concepts, and a willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.
- Minimum 5+ years working with corporate web properties (Internet, Intranet, or Extranet environments).
- Experience working with information architecture, page design, and usability principles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing or business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.
- Comfort meeting directly with marketing partners and stakeholders to discuss objectives, clarify needs, and provide guidance or alternative solutions where beneficial.
- Strong commitment to follow‑up communication, ensuring stakeholders understand timelines, changes, dependencies, and next steps.
- Ability to manage expectations, ask thoughtful questions, and drive clarity in requirements before development begins.
Quality, Organization & Ownership
- Demonstrated attention to detail and consistency in design, layout, and content execution.
- Strong self‑QA skills, ensuring work is thoroughly tested before stakeholder review or publication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple concurrent projects, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience thriving in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment where adaptability and proactive problem-solving are essential.
Strategic & Global Web Experience
- Partner with global marketing teams to identify solutions that meet campaign and product needs while aligning with broader web and brand strategies.
- Recommend opportunities to improve and standardize global site experiences while supporting local market needs.
- Collaborate with global technology partners to represent user experience and front‑end perspectives in cross-functional initiatives.
- Support enhancements to page templates and components by identifying recurring issues or opportunities for enterprise-level improvements.
