Sr Advanced Application Engr

As a Sr Advanced Application Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and developing strong relationships with both current and new customers. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and support customer success in a dynamic market environment.

You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s growth by expanding our customer base, strengthening existing partnerships, and contributing to the development of tailored application solutions that meet evolving market needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused application solutions.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 10+ years of experience in advanced application engineering with a strong focus on business development and customer relationship management.
• Deep understanding of application engineering principles combined with business-oriented strategies to drive growth.
• Proficiency in customer engagement, solution selling, and market analysis to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Experience with relevant tools and technologies related to application engineering and customer relationship management platforms.
