Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday).

Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Sr. Client Communications Specialist is responsible for increasing client satisfaction, retention, and incremental growth through a sales strategy created in partnership with Market Leadership. This role will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for product knowledge to create and facilitate training through the organization. Supports fostering strong, long-term partnerships with clients, consulting community and channel partners. Executes strategic and operational plan in support of business growth, in accordance with client service objectives and initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establishes a sales strategy in partnership with market leaders; sets specific achievable objectives and action plans; motivates others to balance customer needs and business success
• Develops an upsell sales strategy for existing clients; educates internal teams as needed and collaborates with Account Managers to deliver directly to client teams
• Drive revenue sales growth by upselling to existing clients.
• Data gathering and reporting on client and product performance and sales opportunities.
• Develops, monitors, and analyzes performance reports and service performance trends for each account against the plan and recommends specific actions or remedies as necessary
• Operates as SME for product portfolio trains, and coaches peers to provide product knowledge.
• Creates and maintains tools, job aids, and training materials to support account teams, and other departments across the enterprise in their efforts to resolve issues and improve their relationship with clients.
• Other duties as assigned
10% to 20% travel for department meetings or events.
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Project Management Certification preferred
Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with both internal and external teams
• Advanced organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines; ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Skilled with prioritization and multi-tasking
• Excellent collaboration and partnering skills
• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$66,000-$81,000 per year
