Marine Terminal Operations Specialist

World Kinect is looking for a proactive and safety-focused Marine Terminal Operations Specialist to help drive excellence at our Yacht Terminal in Gibraltar. What You’ll Do:Lead the daily operations of the Yacht Terminal, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient fuel delivery to vessels.
Oversee cargo transfer, discharge, and storage activities with strict adherence to HSSEQ standards.
Monitor fuel inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning terminal environment.
Support the Terminal Manager in implementing operational best practices.
Accurately record vessel fuel sales and prepare customs documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers by being present and responsive on the wharf.
Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
Hands-on experience with Health & Safety procedures and a commitment to safe practices.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to speak Spanish
