The Role

You'll be our legal strategist, navigating complex regulatory landscapes while driving compliance and risk management across our fast-growing gaming business.

What you will be doing

• Lead legal work across corporate, commercial, IP and regulatory matters, drafting high-value agreements and managing organizational legal risk
• Partner with external counsel and provide legal support for product development, including intellectual property guidance
• Ensure corporate governance standards and collaborate with compliance teams on regulatory matters requiring legal input
• Research legal and compliance issues, review marketing campaigns for regulatory compliance, and stay current on industry legal trends
• Develop legal policies, template documentation, and drive process efficiencies while mentoring junior team members
• Handle legal correspondence, maintain contract records, and deliver internal training to support business-wide legal awareness

What we are looking for

• Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with at least 5+ years post-qualification experience, including in-house exposure in tech, gaming, or digital sectors
• Broad expertise in commercial, regulatory, IP, data protection, and corporate law with strong research and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy in contract drafting, plus experience navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ability to manage ambiguity and make sound decisions in fast-moving environments
• Solutions-focused commercial orientation with high standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
