We are now looking for a Logistics Support Intern to join our team for the summer in Gibraltar.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role supporting our lubricants operations across Gibraltar, Spain, and France. You will act as a key link between operations and finance, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate stock management across a Europe-wide supply model.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Operations for lubricants activities
Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate processing
Support inventory planning
Reconcile stock levels (system vs. physical inventory) and assist with month-end checks
Investigate and resolve customer order queries
Raise and manage purchase orders, verifying pricing and quantities
Prepare delivery documentation to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – essential
Experience in logistics, coordination, or a customer-facing role with strong organizational responsibilities is an advantage
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
Confident communicator with customer service skills
A collaborative team player
Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel (stock tracking, data analysis, reporting)
