Responsibilities:- Develop and manage Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, processes, and authorization concepts
- Implement and optimize master data processes and governance rules (e.g. SAP customizing)
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and efficient master data processes
- Maintain, validate, and approve key master data objects in SAP
- Perform data migrations, mass data updates, and process monitoring activities
- Create analyses, reports, and KPIs to monitor and improve data quality
- Participate in and lead MDM projects, while continuously developing policies, standards, and best practices
- Ensure the availability and reliability of MDM services through close collaboration with IT and business departments
- Conduct training sessions on master data maintenance and governance
- Extensive professional experience in Master Data Management (e.g. SAP S/4HANA), with a proven understanding of the complexities of the field
- Strong commitment to ensuring high data quality and a solid understanding of completeness and plausibility checks
- Hands-on SAP experience with master data objects (e.g. Material Master, Business Partner, and other master data domains), including their maintenance and optimization
- Strong team player with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative working environment
- Fluent written and spoken English, enabling effective communication in an international environment
