Verantwortlichkeiten:
Für unseren Standort in Elsendorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teamkoordinator Lagerlogistik (m|w|d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Koordination des innerbetrieblichen Transports, insbesondere der Staplerfahrer.
- Erster Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter der Schicht
- Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter im Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Einbringen von Einsparungspotentialen– KVP
- Einhalten der Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Überwachen des Arbeitsschutzes
- Materialverfügbarkeit – Engpassaufzeichnung
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten
- Unterstützung des Schichtleiters bei:
- Kleinen Projekten / Übernahme von Teilprojekten
- Betreuung von externen Dienstleistern / Lieferanten
- Personaleinsatzplanung
- Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Tätigkeitsbereich 5S-Methoden
- Schaffung & Aufrechterhaltung der Ablauforganisation und regelmäßige Selbstkontrolle der Prozesszielsetzungen
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen:
- Berufsausbildung zum Fachlagerist (m/w/d), Meister (m/w/d)
- Fachspezifische Erfahrung von ca. 1 Jahr
- Gültiger Staplerschein
- Kenntnisse der im Unternehmen verwendeten Softwaretools wie MS Office, Outlook und SAP

- Hohe Team-, Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit
- Analytisches und methodisches Denken
