Specialist, Marketing - Operations
Role Summary
Majesco is seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to build and run the operating engine behind modern marketing performance. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will own marketing performance management, digital demand reporting, recommend and manage marketing technology in partnership with IT Applications, and engagement operations to help drive scalable growth, visibility, and accountability across the marketing organization.
This leader will turn strategy into measurable execution by creating the systems, reporting, processes, and insights that enable smarter decisions, better campaign performance, stronger alignment with sales, and a more connected buyer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
• Own the marketing performance framework, including KPIs, dashboards, targets, pacing, and operational reviews
• Track and analyze campaign, channel, and program performance across the funnel
• Deliver clear insights on marketing contribution to pipeline, revenue, engagement, and efficiency
• Partner with marketing leaders to identify gaps, optimize investments, and improve return on marketing spend
• Establish regular business reviews that translate data into actions and accountability
Digital Demand Reporting
• Lead end-to-end reporting for digital demand generation across paid, organic, web, email, events, nurture, and ABM programs
• Build and maintain reporting that measures lead flow, conversion, engagement, attribution, velocity, and sourced or influenced pipeline
• Ensure consistent definitions, taxonomy, and governance across campaign and funnel reporting
• Surface trends, risks, and opportunities to improve demand performance and executive decision-making
• Partner with sales and revenue teams to strengthen funnel visibility and shared reporting
Marketing Technology
• Own the marketing technology ecosystem and roadmap, including platform effectiveness, integrations, data flow, and process optimization
• Manage core systems such as marketing automation, CRM alignment, analytics, attribution, webinar, intent, and engagement tools
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools that improve campaign execution, reporting accuracy, and team productivity
• Partner with operations, IT, sales operations, and vendors to ensure data integrity, compliance, and scalability
• Drive best practices in platform governance, workflow automation, lead management, and lifecycle operations
Engagement Operations
• Operationalize audience engagement programs across digital channels and campaigns
• Support segmentation, journey orchestration, nurture flows, scoring, routing, and engagement measurement
• Improve the effectiveness of audience targeting and lifecycle programs through process discipline and analytics
• Build repeatable operating models that support personalized, timely, and measurable engagement
• Help marketing teams execute with greater consistency, agility, and visibility
Leadership and Cross-Functional Partnership
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO and marketing leadership team on planning, measurement, and operational execution
• Translate business priorities into operating plans, reporting cadences, and resource recommendations
• Work closely with demand generation, digital, content, product marketing, sales, sales operations, and finance
• Build a culture of data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
• Manage external partners and, over time, help shape the structure and scale of the marketing operations function
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand operations, revenue operations, or digital marketing analytics
• Proven success owning marketing performance reporting, demand funnel analytics, and marketing technology platforms
• Strong experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, campaign measurement, attribution, and dashboarding
• Deep understanding of digital demand generation, engagement programs, and B2B marketing operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into clear business recommendations
• Experience establishing processes, governance, and operating rhythms in a fast-moving organization
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leaders
• Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across functions and systems
• Experience in enterprise B2B technology or SaaS environments preferred

What Majesco Offers:
Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $125,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
