Provide L2 production triage and support for Majesco insurance products: diagnose and resolve Oracle PL/SQL and Java J2EE incidents, execute data patches, maintain Oracle codebase, track incidents in ticketing systems, coordinate cross-functional war rooms, perform root cause analysis, and improve monitoring and support processes.

Implement, configure, and support Majesco insurance products using ICD/ICM low-code toolkit for P&C platforms. Define workflows, rules, and model mappings; develop features, write unit tests, debug, and perform database scripting. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, analysts, and customers; provide demos, training, and ensure quality deliveries.

Senior client-facing leader responsible for strategic account management post-implementation. Build executive relationships, drive governance, align cross-functional teams, monitor customer health, lead escalations, and identify expansion opportunities to ensure value realization and operational excellence for an insurance customer.

Serve as technical advisor for premium Majesco accounts: map customer processes to product capabilities, manage ServiceNow incidents and escalations, coordinate upgrades and release planning, run regular stakeholder meetings, drive RCA and resolution plans, and help customers maximize product value.

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL database solutions. Translate business requirements into technical/functional specs, perform performance tuning, participate in reviews, collaborate with clients and teams, and learn Majesco product and Dev Studio to deliver robust, scalable database components.

Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis for enterprise insurance applications and data issues. Use SQL/Oracle to analyze and correct policy, billing, and transactional data, coordinate incident response with cross-functional teams, recommend automation and process improvements, and maintain documentation and knowledge articles to improve system reliability and performance.
