About this opportunity:
We are seeking a Technical Authority Expert to join our Service Delivery team as a critical technical leader. You will be responsible for maintaining seamless Operations & Maintenance (O&M), managing high-priority incidents and emergencies, and delivering advanced technical troubleshooting. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll champion automation and AI-driven initiatives, collaborate across global teams, and directly influence network stability, customer satisfaction, and the delivery of next-generation intelligent telecom services.
What You Will Do
- Deliver comprehensive O&M support to ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of core and cloud-based systems
- Lead incident and emergency response efforts, providing rapid resolution and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents
- Support project execution, including new node acceptance testing and technology rollouts
- Monitor and maintain compliance with MSTOP guidelines across ticket (TT), change request (CR), and access token (AT) performance metrics
- Manage MIR releases and user access controls according to Ericsson standards
- Drive automation and AI-led programs focused on predictive maintenance, proactive fault detection, and enhanced operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, hardware partners, and regional/global support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Interface with escalation pathways and facilitate knowledge-sharing across distributed support organizations
The Skills You Bring
- 11-16 years of hands-on expertise in Telecom O&M, Service Delivery, or Customer Support
- 8+ years of direct experience with Ericsson Charging Systems
- Proven background in incident, problem, and change management processes
- Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML-driven operations or automation frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Intelligent Networks (IN), CAMEL, and INAP protocols
- Strong command of voice call and signaling routing, network architecture, and communication protocols
- Proficiency in end-to-end performance auditing and network optimization
- Solid foundation in IP networking and network security
- Familiarity with AI-based monitoring and data analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom, IT, or Computer Science) or equivalent
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, Oracle, CCNA, or Red Hat
- Additional value: Cloud, Automation, or AI/ML certification
- Sharp analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
